Uttam Singh
He is one of the most talented musicians of Indian film industry. He worked as an composer, music arranger and an exceptional violinist. He started his career in 1963. He is known for his extensive work with ace composer R D Burman, Hemant Bhosle and Illayaraja. He composed music for over 50 films and won the Filmfare award for the best music director for Dil To Pagal Hai. He lives in Mumbai.
