Bewafa
The stylistic music of Bewafa was worthy of kudos. The simple reason being that it was composed by none other but the world famous Tabla maestro Ustad Alla Rakha. In all the songs the musical threads were impeccably held together by him. In the film three songs were in Talat Mahmood's voice. 'Tum Ko Fursat Ho Meri Jaan..', 'Too Aaye Na Aaye Ae Mohabbat Teri Kasam..' and 'Dil Mila..'.

Likewise, Lata also sang three songs. 'Banasibi Ka Gila Ae Dil-e-Nashaad Na Kar..', 'Ek Baar Jhalak Dikhla Ke Hame..' and 'Dil Matwala Laakh Sambhala Fir Bhi Kisi Par Aa Hi Gaya..'. In the song ' Dil Matwala..' Alla Rakha used the swift rhythm in quite an artistic manner. The song 'Aa Jao Mere Dilruba..' was sung by Geeta Dutt and 'O Tana Der Na Tana Na Na..' was sung by Shamshad Begum.

In a strand, till today the bewitching effect of Talat's velvety voice in 'Bewafa' lingers on.
